Lawn Maintenance Crew Members Casemier Lawn Care, LLC is looking for Lawn Maintenance team members. They are responsible for performing maintenance tasks for our commercial and residential customers. Tasks include mowing, edging, trimming and other similar tasks such as bush haul away, bush trimming, etc. or as directed by the crew lead. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude and desire to learn. • Competitive base pay: up to $18 per hour (based on experience) • Snow pay $18-$25, based on experience • $750 Bonus paid after successful completion of first 750 hours worked! • Training & Development opportunities (future leadership opportunities) Skills and qualifications • No experience required: training will be provided to new hires • Ability to work in a team environment • Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects; bend/squat; able to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions. These positions are year-round positions that can transition into our snow management team.
