We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to undertake upkeep and repair tasks for the interior/exterior of our property. We will rely on you to keep our property in perfect condition by performing various jobs. You must be well organized and have strong general repair skills. Pay wage will be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities: * clean facility remove all trash Interior as well as exterior, mowing, weeding, sweeping and dusting * Mopping *Maintain storage areas organized and clean, perform maintenance and light repairs.
*perform routine landscaping on the grounds* Paint* Repair equipment or appliances *Assist maintenance with electrical, plumbing, hvac units cleaning* undertake carpet cleaning/shampoo duties *undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks* Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Requirements: Proven experience as handyman *Experience with hardware tools *Basic understanding *Good communication ability *well organized* Proactive in maintaining property*Attention to detail*Be able to work holidays and weekends.
