Property day porter; Ability to follow the work schedule, reliability, able to read, write and speak in English. The position also requires the ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills. An attention to detail and work scope compliance. Handyman and floor care experience helpful (I.E., carpet cleaning, strip and wax, spray buffing skills). The ability to be on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to fifty pounds. The work schedule is M - F, 5AM - 3 PM (40 hours per week). The position comes with health benefits (medical, dental and eye care).
