I am an Airbnb property manager with a home in Cocoa that sometimes need small jobs done by a handy-person. Jobs can include but are not limited to fixing leaky plumbing, replacing shower curtain rods, putting up curtains, re-caulking, taking a look at ACs, etc. Jobs will be requested on-demand.
