Handyman needed in Downtown Manhattan

Royalty Cleaning Experts is looking for a handyman to work part-time (24 hours per week, 8 hours on Mon-Wed-Fri) in downtown Manhattan. Handyman must be experienced in basic handy work and be able to do the following duties: Tasks would include painting, furniture assembly and install, general HVAC maint., general plumbing and electrical. The handyman will work on various tasks throughout the day ranging from furniture assembly, painting, moving things for members between offices, light electrical/appliance repair, changing filters and assisting both myself and the on site general manager. Ideal candidate must be reliable, professional, and have experience working as a handyman in a commerical setting.
