Hello world, I’m looking to share my Bushwick rehearsal/studio space with 2 other like-minded musicians - DJs and visual artists are welcome too! Monthly rent will be $205 per person + a one-time deposit. The space itself is about 100sq ft with a large loft for plenty of storage space. Equipment I’m cool with sharing: - 8-piece drum kit - Mixer - Monitors - CDJs - Amp It would be awesome to share the space with other women or queer folks, though this is not required. The most important thing is that you’re willing to treat the space with love and respect and keep it clean. I’m usually in the studio 2-3 days a week, though sometimes I go out of town for a week or two at a time. We can keep track of studio time using Google Calendar if that works for everyone. The spot is located off the Dekalb L, steps away from spots like Maria Hernandez and Carmelo’s. This neighborhood has become my new home away from home. <3 I love to jam with other musicians too - maybe we can start a band? Some of my influences are Kraftwerk, Animal Collective, YMO and Grateful Dead :) Hope to hear form you soon. Caro
