Landlord needs helping hands with preparing units for new tenants as well as minor property maintenance activities. Help would consist of things such as cleaning, paint prep, painting, landscaping, powerwashing and assistance with small repair projects. Work will be starting this weekend July 10th and for the right person it could continue throughout the summer mostly on the weekends. All work is paid same day.
