Sunday Yoga with Cathy@Lakeshore State & Saturday @Cathedral Square Market Sundays I'm at Lakeshore State Park teaching Yoga at 11am for Lakefront Fitness. The park behind Summerfest with the colorful 🐦birds exhibit currently. Classes are $5 with LFF. (Zumba, Yoga, Hooping). Find us in the middle of the park close to the small beach on the Hank Aaron Trail. 🚵 Saturdays I am on a scheduled calendar to teach Yoga at Cathedral Square Market at 9am, those are free. Meet our coaches for the 2021 season! Help support our fitness community outdoors by telling and bringing your friends, coworkers, family & neighbors. Starting off with Zumba (new this year) followed by Yoga and hooping! 10am Zumba 11am Yoga (bring a yoga mat/blanket/towel or all three) 12pm Hooping (some hoops will be available). Remember to hydrate. Please bring a water bottle. Join while the weather is decent. Our certified instructors will guide you along in a drop in group setting, for all levels. So don't be shy to inspire others with your advance moves and listen to your body for those that are not familiar, but willing to learn. We have a variety of coaches that are excited to embrace our long awaited social gathering. Masks or no masks - totally up to you. We can all have a good time. Enjoy your Summer in Milwaukee!
