Join us at Mahler park on Thursday, August 19 for a five-course meal prepared by local Chefs using ingredients fresh from our very own Farmers Market. The elegant dinner will be held under a beautifully lit tent with authentic farmhouse tables.

Appetizers- Prepared by Chef Brian Shaw from Wissota Chophouse
Pulled Short Rib Slider
Fresh jalapeno, candied Nueske’s bacon, pickled red onion & Wood River Creamery black truffle gruyere. Served on a Great Harvest slider bun.
Caprese Lettuce Cup
Heirloom cherry tomatoes, burratina, roasted garlic olive oil, blackberry balsamic glaze. Served in a lettuce cup & garnished with purple basil.
Bison Tenderloin Crostini
Sliced bison tenderloin, heirloom cherry tomato, boursin bechamel, sartori merlot bellavitano. Served on a Great Harvest toasted crostini & garnished with purple basil
Poached Gulf Shrimp Skewer
Poached gulf shrimp, roasted okra, andouille sausage, pickled zucchini. Served all together on one skewer. Finished with a cilantro-lime-coconut crema & Korean chili sauce.
Salad- Prepared by Rhonda Mesko from Relish and Roots
Cucumber tomato salad with a hint of arugula topped with a fresh basil vinaigrette.

Pork Tenderloin with sweet potato corn hash with Swiss Chard, green beans and BBQ beurre blanc .
Dessert- Prepared by Julianna Kupsky from Sweet Jules
Chocolate decadence mini cake with mocha and fresh seasonal berries.
