We are seeking a person to join our Paradise family. Must have knowledge in general maintenance, such as Landscaping, repairs, plastering, painting, basic plumbing, basic electricity, changing A/C filters, troubleshooting, using tools, power tools, etc. Must have a great positive personality ( there are children in the building), be courteous and well mannered. Must be able to pass a background check FDLE Level 2 and pass a drug test. (and all School requirements) Must be responsible, and pay attention to detail. This person is responsible for the safety and security of the facility.
