Seeking parking/storage for motorcycle

I had to move from house/garage. I live in an apartment now and there is no decent place to park my motorcycle. I'm looking for a place to park/store my bike and a large tote of bike supplies and gear. Hoping for someplace in my area; something secure, covered (doesn't have to be completely enclosed), and allows near 24/7 access. I'll need a place to park my car while I have my bike out. By bike is a 250. It's small and slim. It's in good shape - no leaks. It's not very loud at all. I'm happy to put a mat down. I won't be working on my bike there. I have AAA and my bike is fully insured. Rider is mature, responsible, respectful female with integrity. Non-smoker/Non-drinker. Clean, 420 friendly. Clean background. References available. I know $25 a month seems cheap. It is, but not for me - not right now. I am willing to consider serious barter. I can offer house sitting, pet/livestock sitting, childcare, errand running, food prep, laundering and ironing, lawn and garden care, clerical work. I'll consider cleaning, but my cleaning rates are high and I'm not looking to be anyone's regular cleaner. Somebody, please.
