Essential Kitchen Knife Skills In this hands-on class, we cover everything you need to know about kitchen knives and how to use them in the kitchen. We start by learning how to sharpen/hone and properly hold this essential tool. Then we move through the basics of how to chop , dice, mince, chiffonade and julienne all while prepping a delicious appetizer and meal you will enjoy in class. You will go home a more confident cook in the kitchen! This is a Beginners level class that is ideal for those hoping to learn a new skill.
