Perfect Play Fields and Links is a twenty-eight-year-old athletic field and golf course construction company based in Belleville, Illinois. Perfect Play provides high quality work constructing and renovating athletic fields at all levels of play ranging from parks and recreation to professional sports teams and maintaining green spaces for cities & parks and recreation. We are seeking an experienced individual in the mowing and maintenance industry looking to enhance our Maintenance Division with excellent pay and benefits. The primary focus of the position is performing daily duties required within our maintenance position. The ideal candidate is experienced in maintaining grounds including: • Treat Fields and Green Areas: This requires (prior knowledge or willingness to learn) the knowledge of fertilizers, the ratio used on fields, and proper conditions for when to apply it. • Mow Grass: Professional grade precision when mowing is required. • Bed Maintenance: Tasks like watering, fertilizing, mulching, and weed removal. • Drive Truck & Trailer: Be able to properly load & tie down equipment onto trailer. • Routinely checking & maintaining equipment: For the safety of our team this is an imperative task to be done daily with all machinery used.
