Must be able to completely lead a crew with no supervision a driver's license is a must if you are a alcoholic drug addict or pillow hugger you need not apply I expect things to get done but I do not push my men to the point they have no life as I have a family also and I understand that I try to only work 8 hours a day unless the concrete tells us otherwise if I have to be out on the job after hiring a crew leader that's not a crew leader that's the position that I'm in right now I need someone that is completely self-sufficient that can keep in contact with me and make decisions on their own and produce quality work
