Join us for a heart explosion and wild beats on Friday, July 16th! All welcomed to join us on Friday, July 16t for a cacao ceremony, gratitude circle and a fun, high-energy, free-movement dance. Together in community, we will gather to share music, stories and ritual. This is an IN-PERSON social event. Masks are optional. WHAT IS CACAO? Cacao is CHOCOLATE in it's purest form and a medicinal potent heart opener offering a healing experience for your body, mind, and spirit. Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions and doing healing work and inner-processing. Being in a sacred space helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights and perspectives. INCLUDED: • high quality, ceremonial grade cacao • gratitude circle • 2 hours of community • lightly-guided open floor dance • group activities • light refreshments & chocolate treats WHAT TO BRING: • a mug for the cacao or option to purchase one at the event • water/hydration, towel COST: $35/pp pre-registration (no refunds available for this event) $40 cash at the door Limited space.
