ELECTRICAL:
In need of a quote to install two ceiling fans, a chandelier, and possibly two other light fixtures.
Must have a valid electrical license with the city of Chicago and GL insurance.

Painting:
Need a quote to paint a two-bedroom apartment.

Work must be completed by July 23.
DO NOT respond if you don’t have insurance.
Will require three professional references and photos of previously completed work.
