Specializing in residential and vacation rentals. We work with a small team, and offer personal connections to our clients and each other. The position is for an organized and observant human (18+) who is interested in primarily house keeping and potentially some light yard work. We take into consideration the lives of employees and clients to cater to the needs of the individual. It requires and promotes the individual to take the utmost care of themselves, mentally and physically. This is a part time position (10-15 hrs / week) starting at $16/hr. Schedule mostly runs Monday-Friday with some weekends. Room for growth both financially and personally. Duties include but are not limited to : Housekeeping: Lifting 30 lbs Bending at the waist Loading and unloading cleaning supplies Dusting Floors Scrubbing Comfortable being on stools or ladders Managing supply inventory Tracking Hours & Mileage Yard Maintenance : Weeding Kneeling Using and loading Mower & weed eater Watering Seasonal Trimming Planting Moving mulch or gravel
