Tween are invited to join us for a Yoga workshop on July 23rd!
During this event, they will be invited into our safe and supportive space to learn tools to help them learn to connect their breath with their body’s movement. They will also have the opportunity to participate in age appropriate activities that help to cultivate mindfulness and present moment awareness. The goal of our Tween & Teens Yoga Workshop is to equip our youth with tools that help to foster self awareness and self love, as well as to arm them with tools to aid in emotion regulation and relaxation.
