Description

This class is a supplement to the Prepared Childbirth/Fast Track courses for those interested in learning more about natural childbirth. This is a hands-on class where birth partners will get the chance to learn beneficial pain management and labor progression techniques to include: partner support, massage, relaxation, position changes, birthing ball use, and aromatherapy. The $25 fee for this class covers both the mother and a support person, and a support person is encouraged to attend. At Anderson Hospital, we're committed to caring for mothers and babies.
