Wabash Township Community Refocus Meeting 2 We have plenty of room, so please encourage others living in the unincorporated area to attend this informational meeting. Both Bill Jones, the Tippecanoe Township Trustee and budgeting expert, and Doug Forsman, a nationally recognized fire safety expert and the first Chief and a charter member of the WTFD will present information. Bill will help us understand how budgets are developed and what restrictions they have upon them while Doug will describe how the fire service best operates with a combination paid/volunteer department.
