Be Well in 2021 A biometric screening is a 15-minute one-on-one appointment with an Employee Wellness Health Coach or Registered Nurse. Participants who complete their biometric screening will receive biometric health indicators such as total cholesterol, HDL, glucose, height/weight/BMI, a blood pressure screening and a diabetes and stroke assessment. Additionally, employees will have an opportunity to set a wellbeing goal and receive written educational material. All participating employees will receive a $25 gift card.
