Cancer StrongHER is so excited to announce we have a new program in partnership with Row House Keller! We are so pumped to introduce this new Row House workout to the Cancer StrongHER family! And to kick off this awesome program, survivors can bring a female friend to come with them, also absolutely free. Ideal for everyone from first timers to experienced rowers, this class is a mix of music-driven rowing intervals and low-impact, full-body floor exercises. This Row House Signature class also increases flexibility and improves posture in this optimal “all-in-one” workout for all levels of fitness. This class is for female survivors of all cancers, just be sure you have medical clearance from your doctor to resume regular exercise! Please dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring plenty of water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one. We can't wait to see you there!
