Happy Hour Tea Tasting & Self Care support group Join Us in the Big Inspiration Garden for Tea Thyme! Each Tuesday we will explore topics that address our mental/emotional self care and discuss the herbs that help to address our internal wellbeing. We will take a sensory tour of the garden and highlight those identified herbs. We will learn to harvest the herbs & make organic tea while tasting and experimenting with different combinations of the herbs. Meet community leaders, health advocates and tea experts as we use medicinal herbs to round out our health regimen. *This event is FREE to the public, donations are accepted! We always have a need for take-out containers, trash bags, garden tools, organic soil/mulch or wood. Bring a youth ages 13-24 for a special gift! See you in the garden!
