In Ecstatic Dance movers let themselves be inspired by rhythm to move freely without the restrictions or expectaton of patterns or partners. Although some participants may choose to move around or with other dancers, their journey through dance is guided by their inner desires in a highly individualized experience. Let your body and your intuition be your guides to explore. We open in a circle where we transition into trusted space by way of introductions and guidelines. We close with a "harvest" to share our experiences and insights from the gathering. Wear comfortable clothing to move in and get free!
