Join us for a chill 2 mile run lead by STRIDE 5th Street's coach, Liz Ferguson, followed by rejuvenating yoga by Sonali Krish of Black Swan Yoga + Wild Heart Yoga. STRIDE 5th Street & Clubhouse on 6th will provide water & plenty of prizes and giveaways after the workout! Free and open to all levels of fitness.
