Maintenance Tech / Handyman Local property Management Company seeks a full time, long term maintenance person for general apartment repair. Applicant MUST have; at least 1 year building repair experience, clean DMV and clean drug screen. HVAC certification or extensive troubleshooting experience a plus. Job duties include; painting, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC repair, as well as other areas of building maintenance and repair. Pay based on experience and skills. Work schedule; Monday – Friday with rotating on call duties (usually one week per month). Health Insurance provided. Company vehicle provided.
