The job requires a person to be able to learn quickly about calibration and servicing scales large and small. Being able to lift 50 lb weights on a regular basis used for calibration is a must. Having mechanical skills is necessary. A class 2 licence is a plus. The person must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test and Not smoke on the job. An Electronic background is a plus. This job is one that requires driving company vehicles in local traffic as well as bay area traffic. Our service area covers a hundred mile radius from Modesto. You will be paid for drive time as well as working time while at work. You are not expected to know much when hired. You will be taught what you don't know. You will also work as a 2 man team. What is needed is someone willing to learn and a hard worker. Chances for future ownership of the company are good for the right person. Service calls are sometimes required on Holidays, weekends, and after hours. Overtime is paid for this position when services are required on those days. We work very few Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
