Tonight Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a special menu to highlight the fine wines from the Brassfield Estate in Clearlake Oaks. The event will take place under the shade of the sycamores in the garden between the Blue Wing and Tallman Hotel. Brassfield senior staff will be here to talk about the food and wine between courses and Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.
