Outside at the Library School Age Event You are invited to a Outside at the Library Event at East Regional Library for school age kids and their families. Boat Races! Come out and enjoy the summer weather and design your own Boat and test it out in a sink or float challenge. Sign up to attend our library program for rising Kindergarten - Fifth grade children and their families. Program offered rain or shine, so incase of inclement weather we will move program inside.
