Bell Center Pool Area - PM Shift Job Summary: Assists the Corporation in meeting its standards by providing custodial services, maintenance and light repair work in addition to outstanding customer service. Areas serviced include buildings, pools, spas, grounds, and any other assigned facility or game area. Duties and Responsibilities • Assists in placing and removing covers from pools in. • Washes pool decking and enters the pool/spa to clean components including; pool tiles, lane line floats, skimmer baskets, pool walls, steps, floors, ladders, etc. Vacuum pools as required. • Sets-up and breaks down pool furniture and equipment. • Operates blowers and power washers to remove debris from pool deck and other pool areas. • May perform chemical testing and may add chemicals to the pools. • Performs daily housekeeping and custodial duties of the building and its facilities, equipment, and furniture. • Replenishes supplies to restrooms, fitness centers and pool areas. • Dusts and mops floors, vacuums carpets, empties trash receptacles, and bags trash for proper disposal. • Corrects and/or reports unsafe conditions and equipment to Custodian Foreman and/or Area Supervisor. • Assists emergencies by placing 911 calls for medical emergencies and assistance. • Completes and submits Incident Reports and other required forms or communications to Custodian Foreman and/or Area Supervisor immediately. • Performs other duties as assigned.
