Private real estate investment company is seeking a well versed, reliable, and skilled maintenance technician with his/her HVAC/EPA certification, for its multi-property, multifamily operation in the East Valley, AZ. HVAC/EPA certification is mandatory, and have at least minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance. Must be well versed in general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, *Electrical repairs. The technician must be expedient, reliable, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment. Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision.
