Private investment company is seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled technician for its multi-property, multifamily operation in the East Valley, AZ. Must have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience, and able to communicate effectively. Must be well versed in general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, *Electrical repairs. The technician must be expedient, reliable, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment. Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision. Most importantly, we are seeking career minded individuals, if full time employment is offered upon contract completion and quality of work is met. Must have reliable transportation and tools.
