Summer Sound Bath Sessions at Wardlow Park Join us at Wardlow Park in Long Beach for self-care, deep relaxation, and chakra alignment. The vibrational sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls will wash over you as you drift off into bliss. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you'll need to be comfortable. Sound baths are best experienced laying down. It allows for the free flow of energy throughout the body, mind, and spirit. Sound bath sessions help put you into a theta state: a brainwave state that will put you into a deep meditation and allow the body to self-heal. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system that takes you out of fight/flight/freeze.
