We will use simple asanas and meditation techniques to delve deep. This workshop is appropriate for beginners and advanced students.
This workshop is hosted by Jessica Falcon with The Path to Sovereignty and Weaverville Yoga, where she regularly teaches. Jessica was trained in the Subtle Yoga method, which combines ancient yoga techniques with modern neuroscience.
