I have a nice house in Hamilton, MT. that I am working on. The living area of the house is NOT being worked on and offers a very comfortable place to live. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Kitchen, LR and Dining. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped. Owner occupies a bedroom downstairs and shares the kitchen and bath, but is building a second kitchen and second bath. The work involves painting, simple carpentery and other tasks that do not require extensive experience. Flexible hours. Full-time or part-time. (30 - 50 hours/week) I can pay for all hours over and above those applied to rent at a fair scale. The timeline is somewhat flexible, but both the housing and the work are ready now. Owner is low-key male, 50's, very happy to be in MT. Lives there about 50% of the time. Serious inquiries only please. Must be diligent, hard worker. Pets OK. Children OK. No commitments as to continued housing after 9/30/2020, but a longer stay may be possible. Men or women. Young or old. This may work well for a couple. No drama. If your circumstances are less than optimal at this time, that is okay. A positive attitude and willingness to pursue something better is all that is required. I am in Hamilton and living in the house now. I can meet interested parties in Missoula by appointment if travel to Hamilton presents an obstacle. I have transportation available as needed. I am posting this in Gigs rather than in Housing because getting the work done is much more important than getting rent. This would work great for someone in transition or someone just wanting to have a great summer in the Bitterroot. I have vehicles available if that is a factor.
