The Yoga Bus believes that high-vibe plant based foods not only nourish the body and the soul but also foster meaningful and authentic human connections. Cooking stimulates all five senses, activating pleasure centers in the brain. It fuels creative thinking, reduces stress and facilitates communal connection. Many people find cooking to be meditative too!
This Month’s Conscious Cooking + Cocktails is like nothing you’ve experienced before. Rather than a hands-on cooking class you’ll be guided through an interactive 3 course tasting + pairing demonstration that highlights seasonal plant-based ingredients while introducing you to fun and creative ways to incorporate them into your life this Summer.
The afternoon will start with a breathwork + sound healing journey to ground you into the present moment and prepare your body to receive. By taking a moment to pause and step into our meals with intention, we give space to truly welcome in the nourishment that each ingredient holds.
You will then be guided by Perla of Elevation Eating and Bri of The Beverage Botanist through their tasting and pairing experience, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of your body to the abundance of nature.
