We are looking to hire a PT/ Weekends Retail Sales Associates for our non-profit organization. The Gilroy Ostrich Farm is located on Pacheco Pass/ Highway 152. You will facilitate the flow of the guest experience and maintain the retail in the marketplace. This includes but is not limited to greeting guests, operation the Point of Sale, stocking inventory, tidying displays and merchandising. We are specifically looking for candidates who can: - Be Responsible, punctual, and committed. - Greet Customers. Answer questions - Offering assistance to Customers - Suggesting items and lending opinions - Provide Farm information for tours - Be able to operate POS (Point of Sales) Cash Register - Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. - Communicate well with customers and internal employees (Strong communication skills) - Previous work experience in produce/grocery store a bonus
