PLEASE do not apply if you do not have maintenance experience. We are a property management company that owns and operates RV and mobile home communities throughout California. We are currently looking for a full-time maintenance rover for 4 of our parks in the Windsor/Santa Rosa area. We are looking for a candidate that is: - Landscaping experienced - Skilled in multiple trades (experienced with drywall, basic carpentry, sewer, electrical, plumbing, painting, roof patching, etc.) - Capable of changing electric, gas and water meters with ease is desired - Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines - Able to coordinate with the office and follow procedures - Professional, trustworthy and reliable Responsibilities include the performance of all maintenance duties including but not limited to: - Performing park projects - Handling any park emergencies - Appliance change outs - Regularly inspecting the properties and reporting all findings - Maintaining the grounds and overall cleanliness of the parks - Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
