At multiple jobsites; the superintendent will provide jobsite coordination of all phases of construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors, material suppliers, ensuring that specifications are being followed per construction plans and drawings, and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities, not limited to the following: Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, to include scheduling inspections and oversee quality control and jobsite safety Schedule and direct trade workers and subcontractors and work effectively with subcontractors and other support staff Responsible for interfacing with project owners Create daily reports regarding all construction activities at the jobsite Ensure work is being completed in a safe and efficient manner Ability to work well with minimal supervision Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Required: 5 years construction experience Read and understand plans Knowledge in the permit process in a variety of City offices Good driving record, drivers license required Computer skills - PowerPoint, Word, Email communications COVID-19 precautions: Personal protective equipment provided or required Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching up to 4% Health insurance Dental insurance Accrued paid time off Waiting periods may apply When applying please provide: Resume Date you are available to start A background check will be conducted by hiring construction company
