Baby Café is a free, weekly drop-in meeting offering support for breastfeeding/chestfeeding parents in the Stillwater area.
Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to noon
Location: Washington Square Park, 815 Greeley Street South (across the street from Lakeview Hospital)
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Lakeview Hospital hosts a Baby Café every Thursday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. You are welcome to drop by anytime. The group is free, and open to any pregnant or nursing person in the community. The group is facilitated by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
The Baby Café provides a time for you to meet other parents in the community who are breastfeeding/chestfeeding. You can ask questions, share resources and advice, and get information from a lactation consultant. A baby scale is available to weigh your baby. Our focus is on nurturing the relationship between breastfeeding/chestfeeding parents and their children, problem-solving feeding issues, and building a community that supports new families.
Because of COVID-19, meetings are currently being held outside, socially distanced at Washington Square Park, 815 Greeley Street South (across the street from the hospital). In case of bad weather, meetings will be held inside Lakeview Hospital with everyone 2 years of age or older required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Check with the Lakeview Hospital front desk for location.
If you or your baby have COVID-19, a possible exposure to COVID-19, or any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home in order to keep everyone safe.
No meeting on Thanksgiving.
