For over 20 years we have partnered with Architects, General Contractors, Mason Contractors, and Design-Build firms to create innovative designs, while providing industry-leading product quality and service. The successful candidate who joins our company will perform tasks as assigned by the Foreman involving the production of precast concrete products; smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using a variety of hand and power tools. A strong work ethic and team player attitude is essential for success. This is a great opportunity to have a career in concrete manufacturing and construction. Minimum Skills Required: •Experience working with concrete •The ability to read a tape measure. •The aptitude to learn to read a blue print. •The ability to lift up to 100 pounds several times a day. •General understanding of power tools such as battery operated drills, reciprocating saw, rebar cutters, sanders, miter saw. •The ability to follow directions from supervision. •The ability to work overtime as needed. •Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. •The ability to work in inclement weather conditions. •Good housekeeping skills. •Good communication and teamwork skills. •The ability to operate equipment safely. •Must have reliable transportation. •Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. •Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. •Willingness to work overtime hours, including Saturdays when needed.
