We will start the day with a short meditation followed by a mandala drawing class. During the drawing, we are going to serve mimosas and a delicious brunch. Let’s gather together at 1 pm on July 18th Sunday in Morningside Park! THIS BRUNCH INCLUDES FOOD, MIMOSAS AND SMALL ART WORKSHOP, therefore we are selling tickets to this event. Limited availability. Including food, mimosas, and guided art class plus beautiful decoration like in the pictures. PARKING Parking is available for free in the park, usually, there is plenty of space. We recommend carpooling, ubering, or simply biking to the event if it’s possible! Address to the park: 750 NE 55th Terr Miami, FL 33137 United States Instructions to the picnic spot: Drive/Walk into Morningside Park through the gates, keep going all the way to the very end of the park, there is a parking lot where you will already see us. MEDITATION AND MINDFUL ART WORKSHOP There will be a breathing exercise and guided meditation to open up the space for our creativity. Drawing mandalas has been known for its impressive impact on self-reflection and healing. We’ll learn about their history and significance before we indulge in drawing these wonderful symbols of inner balance. You’ll be guided throughout the class and no prior experience with neither meditation nor painting is necessary. All the art supplies were provided. We get together to meditate, create and explore the beautiful world we hold within!
