A fun hands-on integrative class! Learn to make Momos (Nepali dumplings) from scratch using natural & local ingredients.
Learn to make vegetarian and meat based momo filling and the pastry and fold the pastry into a few different fun shapes. Then learn to properly steam the momo to perfection. Most importantly, also learn to make Ishwari’s “can’t have enough” Himalayan momo sauce, followed by eating your creation!
This is a in-person class that will take place in Northeast Minneapolis in 2900 block Ulysses St. NE.
Important note: In case of a hard rain, we will move indoors. Wearing mask is at your own discretion.
