The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for general maintenance, setting up tables and chairs, and janitorial assistance. Provides general janitorial for the senior center, library, arts and crafts room, Thrift Store, which include cleaning of restrooms. Set up tables and chairs as needed for various events within the center. Make minor repairs such as changing out light fixtures, plumbing, toilet, etc. Assist in maintaining thermostat settings and ensuring these are monitored regularly. **This position includes accrued vacation and sick time including 12 paid holidays.**
