Freedom Excavation is seeking to hire dedicated and motivated individuals. Freedom Excavation is a growing local excavation company in Kitsap County that focuses on site prep, land clearing, demolitions, retaining wall construction and more. We are looking to fill seasonal positions with the potential of becoming full-time. Plan on 30-40 hrs. per week. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be capable of doing honest, hard work in manual labor. Excavator and skid steer operating experience is a plus. Grow and advancement opportunities attainable. We are a smoke, tobacco and drug free company. We expect our team members to be able to follow instructions and being self-starting. On the job training and direction will be given. Starting Compensation: $18+ per hour depending on experience. Sick days as required by Washington State and paid vacation days for some state and national holidays. Please submit your resume with 3 references.
