local condominium in Lauderdale By The Sea, Looking for a full time person to fill an immediate property maintenance position Monday through Friday Responsibilities include but not limited to: Able to do Small repairs as they arise in electrical, plumbing, painting etc,,, Must be able to move/push the dumpster out to curb for pick up twice per week. keep pool and beach areas organized and clean. Skim pool, Jacuzzi, and fountain as needed. Walk property daily and report any issues that need to be addressed by our contractors, pick up any debris Periodically trim seagrass out by small beach area. Power blow perimeter of property weekly. perform a walk-through the building including roof, and emergency stairwells, Replace lightbulbs as needed. report any issues and address any that are not under contact Periodically run sprinkler system and test all zones and report any issues that need repair. Check and clean BBQ grill as needed. Maintain workshops, pump room and generator room to be neat and clean. Person must be clean and organized, with attention to details.
