Hi, I am a disabled, lady veteran on small fixed income. I am looking for unfurnished private room, bath & kitchen. I have problems with my feet and knees, so I would prefer no or little steps. I am willing to home share and barter lite chores, like, lite cooking, companion sitting for healthy senior lady, house sitting, small cat or dog sitting, and a few other services, bring in mail, newspapers, and take out garbage. I have many years as CNA, caregiver, ( I have worked for many home care agencies) and property management for personal homes. I am looking for a quiet and safe home, quiet neighborhood. I would prefer a private side entry. I will be working from home on the phone and online, but I may have assignments that I go to several companies for hands on testing and research. No kids or babies care, my knees can't handle running after them. I am available after July 26, 2021.
