Looking for storage space

Hey! I am moving from New Orleans for work relocation and looking for a storage spot where I can occasionally play drums and keep my kit set up. I would probably only play a few times a month as I am working full time. Also would need to store some stuff from my house here (pretty much moving boxes.) Ideally, it would be climate controlled.
