In the matter of Childers v Oracle, in response to subpoenas, Oracle's Legal Department swore that all they could locate was one or two sheets of paper they had found in the plaintiff's personnel folder. But here we see evidence that Oracle personnel engaged in defamatory language towards a peer employee and then concealed the truth from employees and even from San Mateo Superior Court, under oath, about what really happened. The lawyers responsible have all retired and are profiting from their lives of crime. Larry Ellison owns his own !@#$ island in Hawaii. And here's how you do it, kids. By not telling the truth, when under oath... by concealing material evidence... and, by cheating your own employees of a fair hearing. Over, and over, and over, and over. In the REAL world, that's called felony-level fraud, perjury, conspiracy, spoliation and obstruction. Some folks would say, that's covered by the statute of limitations, but, basically, that's like saying, we made up a rule, that lying, after N years, automatically turns into telling the truth. That's a legal fiction. And it's probably not true, either - no real legal system would sanction premeditated deceit under any circumstances, the whole idea is to determine the facts - not to conceal them. But if that's true, and everything is forgiven, then, surely, there is nothing wrong with talking about the fact that Burt Demchick neglected to tell 'the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth', while under oath, to San Mateo Superior Court, and was subsequently promoted to vice president - right? Here's my question for Craigslist: which side are you going to choose? Are you going to support the enforcement of California and United States law? Or are you going to apply Noahide law, and cover up for your relatives and inlaws? Are you prepared to explain your ongoing removals of this and related articles to the San Mateo Superior Court? Maybe they read Craigslist. Maybe they'd like to know what's going on in the Bay Area. Or Humboldt County. Have you considered this? Food for thought. I think spying on the Unitarian community by surreptitiously reading UUS-L in search of leverage against a former employee, is despicable. I also think that may be wiretapping.
