Need a worker with handyman skills to help in my commercial services business. I do cleaning, pressure washing, commercial lawn care work, light and ballast installation, commercial property lot clean up, office cleanings, window washing, floor installation, strip & wax floors, carpet cleaning. Clean large warehouses. Have box truck to do light moving. Sometimes get emergency calls to board up broken windows, office flooding that needs water remediation, etc..
Experience using scissor lift/boom lift, using floor cleaning equipment a plus but I can easily teach if not
Need to be a person who is strong, able to to lift heavy equipment at times, not opposed to outside work in heat during summer though alot of our work is indoors.
Able to communicate well, has active phone working, has reliable transportation to get to work/jobs...truck is preferable. I have a company van that after showing you can work well, would be available to use for work
